A year of wellness,
designed twice.
Every year, HR teams plan their wellness programs around the same thing: the calendar. So I design one for them — the Vantage Fit Wellness Calendar, mapping the year's health observances month by month, and a Challenge Planner that turns each month into a ready-made four-week program. I made the 2025 editions, then rebuilt both for 2026 with a completely new illustration style.

01 — The idea
HR teams plan by the calendar. So give them one.
Corporate wellness runs on observances — Dry January, Heart Month, Nutrition Month, World Sleep Day. The Wellness Calendar collects them all in one place: a theme for every month, a card for every date worth building a campaign around. The Challenge Planner picks up where the calendar stops — it takes each month's theme and turns it into a four-week program with weekly tasks, engagement boosters, webinar ideas and email series an HR team can run as-is.
02 — The calendar
Same bones, better skin every year.
The 2025 edition was clean and flat — solid month columns, line icons, one accent colour per month. It worked. For 2026 I kept the structure and rebuilt everything on top of it: watercolor illustration for every month, warmer palettes, photography swapped out for painted scenes. Redesigning the same artifact a year later, with a year more skill, is its own kind of satisfying.
2025 — flat colour, line icons, a theme card opening every month.
2026 — the same three months, rebuilt with watercolor art and a palette per month.
"The structure stayed. The craft is what got a year older."
03 — The planner
Twelve months, twelve programs.
The Challenge Planner is the deeper of the two documents: every month gets a full challenge plan — a theme, four named weeks of daily tasks, and a strip of engagement ideas covering webinars, creatives and email series. The 2025 edition set the format; the 2026 one wraps it in the same watercolor world as the calendar.
The 2025 planner — January and February plans, four weeks each, engagement boosters at the bottom.
The 2026 planner — the cover, and the top of January's "New Year, Better You" program.
04 — Why I like this work
An annual ritual.
Most design work ships once. This ships every year — same brief, same audience, new me. It's become a quiet way to measure how much my craft moved in twelve months, and a place where the illustrator I started as and the product designer I became get to work on the same page.
